Contact Name:* The contact name for your affiliate account. Contact E-mail:* The E-mail address of the contact. Company name: If applicable. Website name: As an affiliate, your site is automatically promoted in our Recommended Sites page. Enter the name of the site as you would like it displayed. Display URL: The URL you would like displayed alongside your listing. Clickthru URL: The URL where visitors are directed to your site. If the same as the display URL, leave blank. Commission payable to: The name of the person/company receiving any commission payments. Address: The address that we will send commission cheques to. VAT number: If payment is to a VAT registered organisation, please supply, otherwise leave blank. Password:* A password for your account. Verify password:* Enter the password again for verification. Security Code:* Please enter the 3 letter security code. This is to prevent automated submissions.    * denotes mandatory field
